No Refunds or Size Exchanges:
All orders placed with Punk Silhouette are final. We do not offer refunds on any orders, and we do not accept size exchanges. Please ensure you select your sizes carefully before completing your purchase.

• Premade Orders: All premade orders will be processed and shipped within 2 weeks from the date of purchase.
• Preorders: Preorders can take between 3 to 7 weeks to ship. Please refer to the item description to determine whether your order is a premade item or a preorder.
